Everything was perfect. Gentleman who checked us in was fabulous. We had a small problem using the safe and called for help. That person was also very helpful. Thank you so much.

Breakfast is the main reason we book with this hotel! Big family and it's so nice to not have to worry about the first meal of the day. Staff was friendly at all turns and we will definitely be staying again.

Rooms were clean and very spacious. Loved the layout, coat hooks, bench in room and roomy bathroom. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Continental breakfast had everything you needed. Would stay again

Clean and beautiful room and friendly front desk and breakfast area staff that went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed! Excellent service!!!

It is close to big box stores and restaurants. It was easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. Firepit at evening was very enjoyable. Will DEFINITELY stay again next trip to Oswego, New York.

The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was the most polite and personable individual I have ever encountered at a hotel desk. He spoke to my family as though they were his own family.
